Your first stop will be the Okahandja Craft Market, a lively and colourful marketplace renowned for its wide variety of handcrafted Namibian goods. Here, you’ll find everything from intricately carved wooden sculptures to handwoven textiles and unique jewellery. Spend some time exploring the stalls, interacting with local artisans, and perhaps picking up a few souvenirs to remember your trip.
Arrive at Etosha Omusati Lodge in the afternoon and settle into your accommodation. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or you can start your wildlife safari with an afternoon game drive into the Etosha National Park.

Throughout the day, you'll have the chance to see an array of African wildlife. Herds of majestic elephants, with their playful calves, may be seen quenching their thirst and splashing in the waterholes, offering a heartwarming display of family bonds. If you're fortunate, you might also catch sight of some of Etosha's more elusive predators. With a bit of luck, you could spot powerful lions basking in the sun, cheetahs sprinting across the open plains, or even the elusive leopard stealthily moving through the bush.

Following breakfast, depart the Damaraland area and continue your journey westwards through the spectacular and ever-changing landscapes of Damaraland towards Namibia’s Atlantic coast. The route takes you through vast open plains, rugged mountain scenery, and remote desert wilderness, offering excellent opportunities to appreciate the dramatic beauty of this remarkable region.
A highlight of the day is a visit to the iconic Zeila Shipwreck, which rests on the windswept shores of the Skeleton Coast and serves as a striking reminder of the power of the Atlantic Ocean. Continue south along the coastline to the small holiday settlement of Wlotzkasbaken, a unique coastal holiday town with interesting architecture.

Alternatively, join a boat cruise from Walvis Bay to spot dolphins, seals, pelicans, and other marine wildlife along the coastline or an adventurous guided 4x4 tour to Sandwich Harbour.
