Tarangire National Park – Realm of Giants & Baobabs

Following breakfast, you meet your guide and board a private safari vehicle for the scenic journey to Tarangire National Park. The park derives its name from the Tarangire River, which serves as the lifeline for wildlife during the dry season, attracting remarkable concentrations of animals. Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and unique tree-climbing African pythons. Lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and gazelles roam freely across diverse landscapes. After a picnic lunch at a designated site within the park, you continue your exploration until late afternoon. As the sun begins to set, you transfer to your comfortable lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.
