Today's highlight is a visit to Materuni Waterfalls on the lower slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided walk through lush coffee and banana plantations before reaching the stunning 80-meter waterfall, where you can swim in the natural pool. Later, visit a local Chagga coffee farm to learn how coffee is harvested, dried, roasted, and ground. You'll even help roast and grind the beans using traditional methods, accompanied by Chagga songs and dances, before enjoying a freshly brewed cup of organic coffee.

Return to Arusha

Return to Arusha

After a final breakfast at camp, drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early afternoon. Stop at a local curio market for last-minute souvenir shopping. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward journey home, carrying wonderful memories of Tanzania's spectacular wildlife and landscapes.
