On arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative and be transferred to Arusha for your overnight stay at the African Tulip Boutique Hotel. Booking is based on bed and breakfast basis.
Arusha, the gateway to the world-famous game sanctuaries of Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara, is one of the oldest towns in Tanzania. From a tiny German garrison in 1900, Arusha has grown to become the tourist capital of Tanzania with a population of about 400,000 people. At 1,540 metres above sea level, Arusha enjoys a very agreeable climate throughout the year. Positioned at the centre of Africa between the Cape and Cairo on the Great North Road, Arusha is the administrative seat of the East African Community made up of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. After your breakfast and a brief overview of your safari, you will depart for the Tarangire National Park to arrive in time for check in and lunch at the Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp. You will then spend the afternoon at leisure before going for an afternoon game drive till dusk when you return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast on the next day, you have a full day game drive with packed lunches.
Tarangire is a park of giant baobab trees, rolling savannah and acacia parkland. Home of the rare tree-climbing pythons, this park offers the best accommodation during the dry season. Due to the existence of the Tarangire River, thousands of animals make their way to this park in search of water. It is in this 2,850 sq. Km park that you are very likely to encounter Lions, Leopards, Zebras, Buffaloes, Wildebeest among others. And just like many parks in Tanzania, this one also has an abundant array of 550 or more species of birds setting the stage to an incredible bird watching experience.

After your breakfast, you will collect your picnic lunch boxes and depart for the Serengeti National Park to arrive in time for an afternoon game drive enroute to the Nyota Luxury Camp, arriving in time for check in and an evening at leisure.
Serengeti is Africa’s largest national park and also one of its most popular. The park has an incredible number of animals, wildebeest being the most populous followed by zebra. Elephants are notably scarce. Cheetahs and the rest of the big cats are regularly sighted in the plains. The few remaining endangered black rhino are restricted to the Moru Kopjes area. The park is also famous for the wildebeest migration, often described as one of the most impressive spectacles in the natural world. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon proceed for a game drive.
In the evening, get back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5
Full Day Serengeti National Park

0630 hrs - depart for an early morning game drive. Return for breakfast, collect lunch boxes and proceed at 1000 hrs for a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti. You will have a picnic lunch in the course of the day. Return to the camp at 1630 hrs and spend the rest of the evening at leisure by the bon fire as you are entertained by local community dancers.

Day 6
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After your breakfast, you will depart for the Ngorongoro National Conservation Area to arrive in time for a picnic lunch at the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. Thereafter, you will have an afternoon game drive the Ngorongoro Crater.
This area’s main attraction is the Ngorongoro Crater, fondly known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden”. A candidate for the new Seven Wonders of the World, this massive crater holds its own in that category. Being the world’s largest unbroken caldera, Ngorongoro is home to over 25,000 animals. It is considered one of the best game viewing spots in the world with a chance to see the big five, zebras and wildebeests. The crater holds almost every individual species of wildlife in East Africa including the extremely rare and critically endangered Black Rhino.
Later in the evening you will proceed with drive up the crater rim for check in and overnight at the Kitela Lodge.

Depart
Depart
After your breakfast, you will depart for Arusha to arrive in time for an early lunch at the Arusha Coffee Lodge for a farewell lunch. You will then proceed to the Arusha airport/Kilimanjaro Airport arriving in time for your departure flight for an onward travel or back home.
