Arusha – Northern Serengeti

Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, traveling through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area before entering Serengeti National Park. Enjoy wildlife viewing throughout the journey as you travel north across the endless Serengeti plains toward the remote Kogatende region in Northern Serengeti. Along the way, look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and numerous antelope species. Arrive in the afternoon and begin your first exciting game drive, searching for predators and, during migration season, massive herds of wildebeest gathering near the Mara River. Later, head to your campsite for dinner and an overnight stay under the African sky.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive while traveling south through Serengeti National Park toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This scenic journey provides excellent opportunities to spot wildlife across different habitats while appreciating the vast landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem. Arrive at Simba Public Campsite near the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the late afternoon. Enjoy a freshly prepared dinner by your safari chef and relax in the cool highland air as you prepare for your final safari experience the following day.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater floor supports one of Africa's highest concentrations of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, wildebeest, and an incredible variety of birdlife around Lake Magadi. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the famous Hippo Pool before ascending the crater walls and beginning your journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon, concluding an unforgettable camping safari filled with remarkable wildlife encounters, breathtaking landscapes, and the extraordinary wilderness of Northern Tanzania.
