Day 1

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Your adventure begins at dawn as we pick you up from your hotel in Arusha. Set off on a scenic drive through the cool, mist-covered crater highlands before descending onto the endless golden plains of the Serengeti. This legendary park is home to millions of wildebeest, zebras, and their predators. Upon entering the park, your journey continues with an exciting afternoon game drive. Marvel at the vast herds of herbivores grazing across the plains and spot giraffes feeding on acacia leaves. Keep your eyes open for lions or leopards resting in the shade as you explore the open savannah.

By late afternoon, you will arrive at your accommodations, a comfortable mid-range tented camp in the heart of the Central Serengeti. After a warm shower, enjoy a delicious dinner around the campfire while listening to the sounds of hyenas and the surrounding wilderness under a canopy of stars.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

Wake up to the fresh aroma of African coffee and watch a breathtaking sunrise over the open plains of the Serengeti. We then set out on an early morning game drive, when predators are at their most active. We will explore the Seronera Valley, focusing on the iconic kopjes—massive granite rock formations where lions, leopards, and cheetahs often rest while scanning for prey. You will also see herds of elephants, hippos wallowing in muddy pools, and a variety of birds soaring overhead.

After a hearty late-morning brunch at the camp, pack your bags and begin a leisurely en-route game drive out of the park. Leaving the Serengeti behind, we will drive into the cooler, forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you will check in to your comfortable mid-range camp built on elevated wooden decks. Spend a peaceful, cool evening overlooking the highland wilderness before enjoying a hot dinner and sharing stories of the day's wildlife sightings.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Rise early for a quick breakfast before descending the steep, 600-meter-high forested walls of the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. This massive, intact volcanic caldera serves as a natural sanctuary for more than 25,000 large mammals. Because the habitat is naturally enclosed, you are likely to encounter an incredible variety of wildlife in a single morning. We will search the open grasslands and acacia forests for endangered black rhinos, massive bull elephants, lions, spotted hyenas, and golden jackals.

At midday, we will pause for a delicious picnic lunch at the scenic Ngoitokitok Springs while watching hippos in the water. After lunch, we will ascend the crater walls and begin our return journey. Enjoy a comfortable drive through the scenic Rift Valley landscapes, arriving in Arusha by late afternoon. This marks the end of an unforgettable safari adventure as you are dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
