Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Depart Nairobi at 8:30am with your driver-guide, descending into the Great Rift Valley en route to the Maasai Mara. Stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint along the way to take in the sweeping scenery before continuing on. Arrive at your Camp in time for lunch, then head out for an afternoon game drive as the light softens and wildlife becomes more active.

Full-day Game Drive at Maasai Mara

The whole day is yours to explore the Mara, with a packed picnic lunch. Your guide will cover as much ground as possible, following the movement of wildlife across the reserve — lions, elephants, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffe, and the many other species that call the Mara home. It's the best way to reach quieter corners of the reserve away from the crowds, with plenty of time for photography along the way. As the light turns golden in the late afternoon, stop at a scenic viewpoint to watch the sunset before heading back to camp for dinner.

Maasai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out from camp. On the way out, there's the option to stop at a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience — a chance to learn about Maasai traditions and daily life (optional, approx. US$10–20 per person, payable directly). Then it's the drive back to Nairobi, with lunch included along the way, arriving in the early evening with drop-off at your hotel.
