Take the evening to relax, enjoy a warm meal, and prepare for the wild adventure starting tomorrow.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We start our safari with a drive to Tarangire National Park, a land characterized by ancient, towering baobab trees and massive elephant herds. As we trace the Tarangire River, you will likely spot wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and perhaps even a pride of lions lounging in the shade.

After an action-packed game drive, we will head up into the cooler highlands of Karatu to rest and swap stories of our first day in the bush.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

Today we descend 2,000 feet into the majestic Ngorongoro Crater, a pristine caldera offering some of the best wildlife viewing on earth. This self-contained ecosystem is home to roughly 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhino, heavy-maned lions, and massive bull elephants.

We will enjoy a scenic picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending back to the highland forest.

We return to our lodge for a relaxing evening and a delicious dinner.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

We finish our adventure in Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Famous for its lush groundwater forest, tree-climbing lions, and a lake shore decorated with thousands of pink flamingos, it is the perfect grand finale.

After your game drive and a scenic lunch, we return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home.
