Game Drive in Maasai Mara

A full day out on the plains, with a packed lunch for later. Lion sightings here are near-certain, and on a good morning you can tick off all of the Big Five before lunch. The Mara's cheetahs are a particular treat — used to vehicles, they'll often use a Land Cruiser's shade or roof as a lookout post while scanning for prey. Bird life is just as rich: close to 500 species have been logged in the reserve, from eagles and falcons to vultures, storks, and the kori bustard — one of the heaviest flying birds on the planet.

Maasai Mara - Nairobi

After breakfast, check out from camp. On the way out, there's the option to stop at a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience — a chance to learn about Maasai traditions and daily life (optional, approx. US$10–20 per person, payable directly). Then it's the drive back to Nairobi, with lunch included along the way, arriving in the early evening with drop-off at your hotel.
