Pick Up from Entebbe – Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park – Cultural Experience

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or Entebbe International Airport by your professional driver-guide. After a short safari briefing, begin the scenic journey to Lake Mburo National Park. Drive through Uganda's beautiful countryside, passing rolling hills, local villages, and farmlands, with a stop at the Equator for photographs and refreshments. After lunch, continue to the park and check into your lodge. In the afternoon, visit a nearby local community for a cultural experience where you will learn about traditional customs, daily life, and local farming practices. Enjoy cultural performances, storytelling, and interactions with the community before returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise

After an early breakfast, set out on a morning game drive through Lake Mburo National Park. Explore the park's different tracks while searching for zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, impalas, elands, topis, waterbucks, warthogs, and many bird species. Your guide will help you spot wildlife and share interesting information about the park's ecosystem. Return to the lodge for lunch and some time to relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where you may see hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes along the shoreline, and a variety of colorful water birds. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Guided Nature Walk – Transfer Back to Entebbe

After an early morning breakfast, enjoy a guided nature walk led by an experienced park ranger. Walking through the park offers a unique opportunity to observe wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, impalas, warthogs, and many bird species from a safe distance while learning about the area's plants, animal tracks, and natural environment. After the walk, return to the lodge, check out, and begin your journey back to Entebbe. Stop for lunch and another short break at the Equator before continuing to Entebbe. Your driver-guide will drop you off at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport, bringing your memorable Lake Mburo wildlife and cultural safari to an end.
