Day 1

Your safari guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel at 8:00 AM and drive approximately 3 hours to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. Known as the “Haven of Elephants,” Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, tree-climbing lions, pythons, and rich variety of wildlife. Keep your camera ready for sightings of lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and numerous bird species. In the late afternoon, depart the park and drive to your hotel in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
