Nairobi - Masai Mara

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will meet your Amafrick Getaways representative at the agreed meeting point for a safari briefing before departing for the Masai Mara. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, continuing to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for a late lunch and some relaxation at the camp. At approximately 4:00 PM, head into the reserve for an afternoon game drive until 6:00 PM, with opportunities to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife. Return to camp for dinner and overnight at Sankale Camp or a similar property.

Full Day game drive

After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the spectacular Masai Mara National Reserve. Explore the reserve’s diverse landscapes and follow the wildlife-rich plains in search of lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, and other resident wildlife. You may also visit the Mara River, a key wildlife area and seasonal crossing point during the Great Migration. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve before continuing your game viewing throughout the afternoon. Return to Sankale Camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

After an early breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley along the way, with a brief stop at a viewpoint where time allows. Continue to Nairobi and arrive in the afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or another agreed location within the city centre. This marks the end of your 3-day Masai Mara budget camping safari.
