Day 1

Our guide will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Entebbe. You'll transfer to Sipi Falls through spectacular scenery. Sipi is one of Uganda's hidden gems. You'll have a stopover in Mbale for lunch. You'll proceed to the lodge. From your lodge, you’ll have breathtaking views of the falls as the Sipi River flows down from Mount Elgon.

This afternoon, you will have a guided Sipi Falls hike to the falls. You'll visit coffee plantations, giving you a chance to learn how coffee is processed with coffee tasting. You will drive to check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Transfer to Moroto

Transfer to Moroto

You'll have an early breakfast after driving for approximately six hours to Moroto Town in the northeast region of Uganda, where you’ll meet the Karamojong people. You'll continue to the foothills of Mount Moroto. You'll go for an authentic Karamojong cultural tour, experience their local livelihoods. You'll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

You'll transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park, the park is located in the far north-eastern part of Uganda, taking about a 5-6 hour drive. The drive is breathtaking and offers incredible views of the countryside as you approach the Karamoja region. You will have lunch. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a scenic drive to the lodge, viewing animals like elephants, buffalo, zebras, and several bird species.

Game Drives in Kidepo Valley National Park

You'll have an early morning game drive towards the Kidepo Valley in search of wildlife that includes zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, elephants, water bucks, warthogs, ostriches, lions, leopards, and cheetahs among others. You'll also visit the hot springs of Kanangorok before you return to your lodge. You'll spend your evening in the Karamojong community, learn how they leave in their traditional lifestyle.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

You'll enjoy breakfast at your lodge early in the morning before hitting the road for the most beautiful protected area in Uganda —Murchison Falls National Park. You will pass through the famous Kitgum Triangle and have a stopover in Gulu for lunch. You'll arrive at Murchison Falls in the evening for check-in at the lodge, visit the top of the falls, then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll enjoy early morning game drives on the plains of the park where you’ll have a chance to spot giraffe, spotted hyena, lion, leopard, buffalo, kob, and hartebeest. Then, you'll have a 3-hour launch cruise on the River Nile where you will spot several wildlife species along the banks, such as African elephants, hippos, Nile crocodiles, antelopes, monkeys, and water bird species. You'll ride towards the bottom of the falls. After visiting the top of the falls, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Enjoy your breakfast then check out of the lodge and start a long drive to Kibale forest national park which is a whole day drive with an en route lunch. Upon arrival at the park, proceed to check in your lodge go for the bigodi walk later go back your lodge to enjoy your dinner and have an overnight.

Chimpanzee tracking and community visists

After breakfast on day 9 of 15 days Uganda Safari, pack some snacks and drinking water and meet your safari driver to be transferred to the park headquarters in Kanyanchu for briefing after which you will be led into the forest to search for the habituated chimpanzee troops of chimpanzees in their natural habitats with a possibility of spotting other primate species since the park harbors 13 primate species. After spending an hour with these gentle giants, return to the lodge for lunch and opt to spend your evening at leisure or enjoy an evening with the community people, get to experience how they process coffee locally and their day today life.

Early Morning Game Drive, driver and transfer to Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth national park where you will spend a half day on a wildlife viewing adventure spotting different wildlife species including mammals lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, waterbucks, Ugandan kob, leopard. Later on, return to the lodge for lunch and embark on an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel with an opportunity to spot Hippos and lots aquatic wildlife such as Crocodiles, water birds and many more.

Have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo NP via Mbarara City. You will arrive at the accommodation in Lake Mburo in time and rest before moving for an afternoon-to-evening game drive. On the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland antelopes, zebras, topi, impalas, Uganda kob and Cape buffalos among others. Later, relax at the accommodation where you will spend the night and have your dinner.

Nature walk and transfer to Kampala

Nature walk and transfer to Kampala

Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed for the Mburo morning park (bush) walk in the presence of an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger-guide. On this early morning guided walk, you will have the opportunity to encounter (at close range): Zebras, Giraffes and Eland, Topi and other antelope, Cape buffaloes among others.
Take the Trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will have a great view of 9 of the twelve lakes surrounding Lake Mburo NP. Thereafter, return to the accommodation for checkout and then hit the road to Entebbe airport to catch journey back home(1800hrs or later). Later transfer back to entebbe via the equator for some photos.
