Day 1

Arrival – Tarangire National Park

Arrival – Tarangire National Park

Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will meet your safari guide at the airport and begin your journey toward Tarangire National Park. After reaching the park, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive through the beautiful Tarangire landscape, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife. In the evening, you will leave the park and head to your campsite for dinner and an overnight stay at Fanaka Camp.

Day 2

Fanaka-Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon entering the Serengeti, you will begin your first game drive as you make your way deeper into the park. The endless plains offer excellent opportunities to spot lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and, depending on the season, the Great Migration. You will spend the night camping at a public campsite inside Serengeti National Park.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti. After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive across the park, giving you plenty of time to explore different areas and search for wildlife. The Serengeti is home to an incredible variety of animals, including the Big Five and numerous bird species. A picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the wilderness before continuing the safari until late afternoon. In the evening, you will return to the campsite for dinner and another night under the African sky.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will leave the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, where you may encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. After exploring the crater, you will continue toward Lake Eyasi, arriving at the campsite in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Eyasi activities

Today offers a unique opportunity to experience the traditional way of life of the Hadzabe and Datoga communities. You will spend time with the Hadzabe, one of Tanzania's indigenous communities, learning about their traditional hunting and gathering lifestyle and their close relationship with nature. You will then visit the Datoga community, where you can learn about their traditional culture, craftsmanship, and metalworking skills. After this memorable cultural experience, you will depart for Arusha, where you will spend the night and prepare for the following day's Kilimanjaro excursion.

Marangu hike

Marangu hike

After an early breakfast, you will drive to Marangu, located on the eastern side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Today you will enjoy a day hike in the beautiful Kilimanjaro forest, experiencing the mountain environment without undertaking a full summit climb. The hike provides an opportunity to enjoy the lush vegetation, fresh mountain air, and spectacular scenery around Kilimanjaro. After the excursion, you will return to Arusha for a relaxing evening and overnight stay at B More Comfort.

Day 7

Chemka Hot spring

Chemka Hot spring

On your final day, you will visit the beautiful Chemka Hot Springs for a relaxing experience after several days of safari and adventure. You can swim in the warm, clear turquoise waters and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before having lunch and preparing for your departure. Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight, bringing your seven-day Tanzanian safari, cultural, and adventure experience to an end by taking you to the airport.
