Early in the morning, when the day is just beginning and big cats are most active, you will start your game drive. At this time, animals are moving as they look for food, and the plains slowly come to life. As you travel across the wide land, you will see many different things, from animals far away to some very close.

During the drive, you will see many types of animals. Buffalo move in groups, elephants walk calmly, and zebras graze on the grass. Each sighting makes the journey more exciting and keeps you looking forward to what comes next.

In the evening, you will return to Karatu and stay at Farm of dreams Lodge. Here, you can relax in a quiet place, enjoy a good meal, take a warm shower, and rest well as you get ready for the next day of your safari.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will descend the crater on a journey to find the black rhino. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in the beautiful crater, as most animals will be easier to spot in this park due to it being a floor crater.

Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is often called an animal paradise. As the world’s largest inactive and unfilled volcanic caldera, it forms a unique, enclosed ecosystem that shelters over 25,000 large mammals.

This crater is the ultimate destination in Africa and Tanzania to spot the Big Five, elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and the rare black rhino, which lives only here. All of this can be seen in just one day.

It’s the perfect way to end your safari, with breathtaking views of the crater from above, ideal for stunning photos and creating memories that will last a lifetime. After this incredible experience, depending on your schedule, you can either return to Arusha to rest or begin your journey home.

Main Destination:
