After breakfast in Arusha, meet your professional safari guide for a short briefing before driving to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers excellent wildlife viewing, especially during the dry season when animals gather around the Tarangire River and swamps. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your game drive, with chances to see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and other wildlife. In the late afternoon, drive to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
