On your road trip, you will watch the countryside gradually transform as you approach Uganda’s largest national park and the mighty River Nile.

On arrival, check in at Savannah Murchison Lodge, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful wilderness atmosphere. Settle in for dinner and your first night close to the sounds of the African bush.

Explore the park on a morning game drive and boat cruise in the afternoon

You will wake up to the sounds of nature and set out after breakfast for an exciting morning game drive across Murchison’s wildlife-rich savannah.
AS you start your experience, keep your camera ready for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hartebeests, Uganda kobs, warthogs and, with some luck, lions and other predators.

In the afternoon, board a boat for a memorable cruise along the River Nile to the base of Murchison Falls, passing hippos, crocodiles and abundant birdlife along the riverbanks.
You will return to Murchison Savannah Lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening.
