Transfer to Bongololo

You will leave Lusaka early and drive to Kafue National park and Check in at Bongololo campsite. Experience the wild heart of Kafue National Park on a 4-day, 3-night participatory 4x4 camping safari. Travelling by 4x4 through the remote landscapes of Kafue, you will explore the spectacular Busanga Plains, renowned for its abundant wildlife, open floodplains and unforgettable sunsets.
Guests actively participate in the camping experience, helping with simple camp duties and enjoying evenings around the campfire. Accommodation is in a comfortable dome tent with a mattress, giving you an authentic bush experience while still providing a good night's rest.
Expect game drives across the plains, opportunities to see lions, lechwe, buffalo, elephants and a variety of plains game and birdlife, with each day offering a new opportunity to discover the wilderness of Kafue.

Full Day Busanga Exprience

Today is a full day of exploring the spectacular Busanga Plains. After an early start, we set out on a full-day 4x4 game drive across the plains, enjoying the incredible scenery and searching for the abundant wildlife that makes this area so special.
A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the heart of the Busanga Plains, surrounded by the wilderness. We continue exploring throughout the afternoon before making our way back to Bongololo Campsite later in the evening, where we relax around the campfire and enjoy another night under the African sky.

Explore the Mozhi Area of the Grat Kafue NP

We start the morning with an early game drive into the Mozhi area, exploring a different part of Kafue and looking out for wildlife as the bush comes alive.
We return to Bongololo Campsite for a well-deserved brunch, followed by some time to relax and enjoy the camp during the heat of the day.
In the afternoon, we head out for a cruise on the Lufupa River, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience Kafue from the water and observe wildlife and birdlife along the riverbanks. We return to camp later in the afternoon/evening for our final night around the campfire.

Depart by road to Lusaka

After an early breakfast, we pack up and break camp, saying goodbye to the wilderness of Kafue National Park. We then begin our 4x4 journey back to Lusaka, enjoying the changing landscapes along the way.
On arrival in Lusaka, guests will be dropped off at their respective hotels, marking the end of our 4-day Kafue camping adventure.
