Depart Arusha early in the morning after breakfast, meeting your professional safari guide before driving to Tarangire National Park. The journey takes you through beautiful Tanzanian countryside before arriving at the park gate. Begin your game drive through Tarangire, famous for its impressive baobab trees, seasonal wetlands and large elephant herds. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes while searching for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas and a variety of bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated location surrounded by the wilderness. After lunch, continue your afternoon game drive, following wildlife activity and enjoying excellent photography opportunities. As the afternoon progresses, begin your exit from the park and drive back towards Arusha. Arrive in Arusha in the evening and receive drop-off at your hotel or agreed location, marking the end of your memorable Tarangire day safari.
