Following breakfast, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled flight to the Central Serengeti. After breakfast, depart from Central Serengeti and drive towards the Ndutu Area, located in the Southern Serengeti ecosystem and famous for the spectacular wildebeest calving season. Enjoy a scenic game drive along the way, with opportunities to spot zebras, gazelles, giraffes, elephants, and predators such as lions and cheetahs. Upon reaching Ndutu, spend the afternoon exploring the calving grounds, where thousands of wildebeest gather with their newborn calves during the season. Keep an eye out for predators taking advantage of the abundance of young animals. Continue with a game drive until late afternoon before heading to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Full Game Drive in Ndutu ( southern Serengeti)

After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in the Ndutu Area, at the heart of Tanzania’s spectacular wildebeest calving season. Spend the day exploring the open plains, seasonal lakes, and surrounding woodlands in search of thousands of wildebeest, newborn calves, zebras, and gazelles. The abundance of young animals also attracts predators, offering excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and possibly leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive throughout the afternoon. As the day comes to an end, return to your camp for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the Ndutu wilderness.

Upon arrival at Ngorongoro Crater, descend into the crater floor for an exciting game drive through one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. Explore the crater’s diverse habitats, home to large numbers of lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and other wildlife, with a chance to spot the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area before continuing your game drive. In the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to Suricata Boma Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Spend the morning on an exhilarating game drive, searching for majestic elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and the predators that roam these plains.

After your wildlife experience, enjoy a picnic lunch before beginning the drive to Arusha. Take in the picturesque views of the Tanzanian countryside as you travel.
