Arrival in Kampala

You will be welcomed by our guide/ driver at the Entebbe International Airport to Kampala Acactus Hotel or any other accommodation of your choice around Kampala. After taking a short break, the guide will take around the Kampala for a city tour to visit the historical and cultural sites around. These may include the Uganda parliamentary building, Kabaka’s palace, Kabaka man-made lake, Uganda museum, Kasubi tombs, Religious cathedrals, Bahai Temple among others before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Transfer from Kampala to Gulu

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Gulu town for an overnight. Amidst the journey, you will take a break to track rhinos at the Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch located in Nakasongola district, You will have lunch here before proceeding with your journey to the Northern capital Gulu city. You will have a night in this city then early in the morning proceed to Kidepo valley national park.

Transfer from Gulu to Kidepo

After an early morning breakfast, you will be transfered to Kidepo Valley National Park where you expect to reach in the afternoon. Immediately after lunch you will head out for an afternoon game drive to see animals like Zebras, Giraffes, caracal, lesser kudu, mountain reed-buck among others. You there after return to your accommodation for a night rest to get for the following full days action.

Game drive in the park(full day)

Transverse by large sand rivers, Kidepo Valley National park is renowned for its distinctive composition of wild game co-existing with the dry mountain forests, open savannah that is home to over 77 mammal species and almost 500 birds. As a result, the variety of animal species in the park is equally abundant including many which are to be found nowhere else in Uganda such as Cheetah. Therefore, on day four, you will spot as many animal and bird species as possible during game drives around the park for the whole day including the rare/ endemic ones that are nowhere else in Uganda such as the cheetah.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

In the morning, you will embark on the journey to to Murchison Falls National Park, currently the most visited park in Uganda. On arrival you will do a game drive in the evening. A game drives around the Buligi game tracks on the northern bank is a fantastic way to see lots of wildlife and photograph a wide range of animals in the Nile Valley like lions, hyena, elephants, giraffes and leopards.

Morning Game drive, Boat cruise and top of the falls

After breakfast in the morning, you will head out for a morning game drive to see what you might have missed in the last evening game drive. This game drive will go on for four full hours before you go for lunch break. After lunch you will head for Launch cruise to the base of the falls. While on the boat trip you will see lots of wild animal along the banks and lots of birds. From this point you will hike to the top of the Murchison Falls to feel and witness the world’s strongest falls. The top of the falls gives you opportunity to have as many beautiful pictures as you like.
