Arusha - Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up at your accommodation in Arusha, depart for Tarangire National Park, approximately a two-hour scenic drive. Upon arrival, enjoy an extensive game drive in one of Tanzania’s most underrated yet wildlife-rich parks. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which acts as a vital water source attracting a wide variety of animals. Expect sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and an impressive diversity of birdlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to the Karatu area for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater Floor - Central Serengeti National Park

An early breakfast is followed by a drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor, one of Africa’s most concentrated wildlife areas. The crater is home to large populations of buffalo, lions, elephants, hippos, flamingos at Lake Magadi, and offers one of the best chances to spot the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch in the crater, ascend and continue your journey toward the Serengeti National Park, passing through dramatic highland scenery and open plains. Arrive at camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, exploring its vast plains and rich predator territory. The Serengeti is famous for its large prides of lions, cheetahs, leopards, and abundant plains game. Late morning, depart the park with game viewing en route as you begin your journey south through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch will be taken along the way. Arrive back in Karatu in the late afternoon, where the remainder of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy a game drive through diverse ecosystems ranging from groundwater forests to open savannah and the alkaline lake itself. The park is known for its tree-climbing lions, large baboon troops, elephants, and exceptional birdlife, including flamingos and pelicans. After the game drive and lunch, continue to Arusha, and we will drop you at your preferable location in Arusha marking the end of your safari experience.
