Day 1

Start your trip with an early breakfast, the guide will drive you south west on the Masaka/Mbarara road heading to Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest. The drive will take you through towns, homesteads, grasslands, and banana plantations. You will stop at the Equator for photographs and in Mbarara at Igongo cultural center for lunch. You will reach Bwindi in the late afternoon where you will check-in at the Lodge and then go for a walk to the neighboring community. You will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay before sunset.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will begin your exciting gorilla trek. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park inhabits almost half of the world’s mountain gorillas. It’s a memorable and thrilling moment to watch these majestic primates and possibly photograph these mild giants at a close range. Your trek will last between 2 - 8 hours depending on the gorilla’s daily movements. After your encounter with the gorilla, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. After lunch you may visit the local towns to do some shopping; returning in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3

Transfer to Ishasha for tree climbing lions

Transfer to Ishasha for tree climbing lions

After breakfast, you will check-out and begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Your driver will take you through the Ishasha section of Queen Elizabeth National Park; known for its tree-climbing lions and other wild animals including buffalos. Proceed to check into your Lodge, have lunch and then go for an evening game drive in Kasenyi side of the park. The game drive will expose you to a variety of animals including elephants, hartebeests, antelopes, lions, Uganda kobs and many others. Return to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 4

Kyambura Gorge hike, boat cruise and the crater lakes

After breakfast, your guide will take you for a nature walk and hike in the Kyambura Gorge. Birding watching and sightings of black and white monkey, giant forest hog and red tailed monkey can occur during this tour. After the hike, your guide will take you back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a boat excursion along the Kazinga Channel. On the boat ride you will have the chance to see hippo and crocodile around the boat and buffalo in the shallow waters of Kazinga channel. Kazinga Channel’s shoreline is home to a collection of birds like the pink backed pelican, fish eagle, pied and malachite kingfisher, saddle billed stork and many more. After the boat cruise, visit the crater twin salt lakes and an evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5

After breakfast, you will check-out and start your drive to Kibale Forest National Park. You will arrive in the forest at your lodge, where you will check-in and have lunch. After lunch, you will have some time to relax and then go for a nature walk in the forest. Later in the evening you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Have an morning breakfast, with packed lunch, drive into the Forest for an exciting morning trek. Your guide will educate you on the primates you will see as well as the forest plants and other animals. This morning’s hike will expose your to chimpanzee, phoeste, red-colobus and red-tailed and grey cheeked monkey. You will return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon, visit Bigodi Swamp, an astonishing place to watch rare and gorgeous flora and fauna. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Lodge.

Day 7
