Entebbe- Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

On this day, your safari will begin with transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Your guide will pick you up and drive to Murchison Falls National Park. The highlights of this safari include the roaring falls of Murchison, a boat trip to the bottom of the falls, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park with chances of sighting elephants, buffalo, lions and giraffes. Expect a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a short walk to see the white rhinos with a ranger escort for about an hour seeing them enjoy the sanctuary. With lunch en-route proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. You will occasionally sight wildlife on your way to your accommodation.

Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

In the morning, have breakfast and set off for a morning game drive. Your guide will be able to look out for the early morning wildlife with expertise. Enjoy game viewing and photography of lions, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, Uganda kob, elephants and various bird species. The game drive will take 3-4 hours. Thereafter, drive back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a sunroof boat ride which will take you to the bottom of the Murchison Falls where you will be able to see aquatic animals in water and different landscape.

Transfer to Entebbe via Top of Falls

After breakfast check out and drive straight to the top of the Murchison falls where the Nile squeezes through a 7 meters’ gorge to the falls 45 meters, a very impressive view of the foaming waters rushing into the gorge with a deafening sound. Depart with unforgettable memories of Murchison Falls National Park and you will be transferred to Entebbe to be dropped at your point of drop off like hotel or Airport.
