Lake Manyara National Park

You'll be picked up from the hotel early in the morning (around 8:30 am) and start your safari with a transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Lake Manyara National Park offers some breathtaking scenery—lush acacia forest, giant fig and mahogany trees, and a growing population of baboons and blue monkeys. You will be able to spot giraffes, elephants, impalas, buffaloes, and a large number of hippos. Some unique facts about this park include the tree-climbing lions, flamingos on the lakeshore, the ground hornbill, and the crested eagle. You will have lunch inside the park and in the evening return to the camp.

Ngorongoro Crater

You will have an early morning transfer to Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, unfilled volcanic caldera. The crater was voted one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa in 2013 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Approximately 30,000 animals live in the crater. It is one of the few places in Africa where you have a great chance of seeing the entire Big Five in a single-game drive. You'll enjoy lunch and a game drive inside the crater before you return to Arusha for an overnight stay or transfer to your preferred location.
