Day 1

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m. and begin a scenic drive across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Although relatively small in size, the park is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and rich biodiversity. It is especially known for its lush groundwater forest, featuring towering acacia trees, giant fig trees, and mahogany, which provide habitat for large troops of baboons and blue monkeys.

Lake Manyara is home to a wide range of permanent wildlife, including giraffes, elephants, impalas, and large herds of buffalo, as well as a substantial hippo population along the lakeshore. Game drives along the lake offer outstanding photographic opportunities, with wildlife often seen against the shimmering water and dramatic scenery.

Accommodation upgrades are available upon request.

Note: This day can be substituted with a visit to Tarangire National Park, or an additional day can be added to include both parks.

Day 5-6

Following the Great Migration Safari

Following the Great Migration Safari

Over these two unforgettable days, you will explore remote regions of the vast Serengeti National Park in search of the Great Migration. Game drives take you deep into less-visited areas of the plains, following the movement of the herds according to the season.

Depending on the time of year, wildlife viewing may take place in the far Northern Serengeti near the Kenyan border, the Southern Serengeti (Ndutu Area), or the Western Corridor of the park. Each region offers distinct landscapes and exceptional opportunities to witness the migration and its predators in action.

Note: Accommodation can be upgraded to higher-end options or adjusted to more economical alternatives, with corresponding price changes.

Day 7

Flying out of Serengeti

Flying out of Serengeti

On this day, we recommend a very early start to enjoy a dawn game drive, when wildlife is most active and the soft morning light reveals one of the most spectacular sunrises in the savannah. This early outing offers a truly memorable safari experience and exceptional wildlife encounters.

After the game drive, return to camp for a well-deserved brunch. Later, you will transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Arusha or onward to your next destination, such as Zanzibar.

Alternatively, you may choose a more relaxed morning at camp, enjoying the surroundings and amenities instead of the early game drive.
