After the arrival to Tanzania, you will drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is one of Tanzania's largest national parks and it is a sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population.

Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area.

There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy your afternoon game drive.

A wonderful Wildlife at Ngorongoro Crater

This morning you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater – a wonderful haven for wildlife. Ngorongoro is unique in that almost all the wildlife live within the crater walls, hence you have the opportunity to find the game easily.

The rhino, in particular, can be seen regularly as well as a pride of lions and other predators like cheetahs. Enjoy lunch by the hippo pond, continue having game until the evening before beginning driving back to your lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha town, then Departure

From the lodge we drive to Lake Manyara, The park covers 330 sq. km, 70% of which is occupied by the lake. The varied ecosystem consists of ground water forests, acacia woodland and open grassland along the lake shore and sustains a wealth of wildlife, including the Big Five lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo. The park is famous for the elusive tree-climbing lions that inhabit the woodland between the lake and the Rift Valley. It is also an ornithologists’ paradise and is host to over 400 species of birds. Around the noon time start driving outside the park heading to Arusha for your out bound flight
