Day 1

Materuni is located under the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel early morning then head to Moshi. The village is surrounded by beautiful tropical rainforests giving you a scenic view of the city. Visitors will also get to explore the cultural heritage of the Chagga people such as banana beer and coffee roasted traditionally, you can join in the coffee-making process to its final. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is a good place for a refreshing swim after the hike. You will have the option to have your lunch at the waterfalls or hot springs. After Materuni you will move to Kikuletwa hot spring with a fantastic pool with warm water and fish in it offering a free legs massage. You will have a few hours to relax, chat, and swim while having a beer/soft drink before heading back to your hotel. We offer a pickup and drop-off at your hotel.
