Arrival

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Tawi Travel representative will welcome you and take you to our cozy transfer vehicle at the bay, you will be briefly introduced to your driver guide, then proceed to your hotel. Our guide will help you with check in. You will enjoy the hotel facilities and a wide range of fine dining offered by the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Children home visit

Breakfast at your hotel. You will be transferred to a children's home within the city. Here you will spend the day interacting, playing with the children here, cooking and listening to their stories. You will break bread with the families here. You are free to bring donations in support of the project. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Road transfer to Masai Mara

Breakfast at your Nairobi hotel. Our driver guide will pick you at 7.30 am and embark on a journey to Masai Mara via Mai Mahiu Route. You will have a stopover along the way for a great view of the Eastern floor of the Great Rift Valley escarpment and Mt. Longonot. You will proceed with the journey to arrive in the Masai Mara with an enroute game drive viewing to the camp. Arrive for hot lunch and check in. In the late afternoon proceed for a game drive. The cooling temperature brings out predators, so there is always a chance that you will encounter the predators and the prey. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Game viewing

Breakfast at the camp. Depart with your picnic lunch for a full day game viewing in the Masai Mara. Hit the bushes where you get to unleash your full exploration potential of this deeply rewarding wilderness and discover all the underlying treasures of a true African wildlife hub. Picnic lunch will be served under the shade of an Acacia tree or overlooking the snorting hippos which wallow in the Mara River. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Departure

Breakfast at your camp. Check out and drive to Nairobi with a stopover at the little Italian church in Mai Mahiu built by Italian prisoners of the war in 1942. The church has a capacity of 30 people. Proceed to arrive in Nairobi for Tawi farewell lunch at the Carnivore restaurant. Later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta international Airport for your departure flight, with great memories of your Kenyan safari.
