Day 1

Dar es Salaam to Mikumi

Dar es Salaam to Mikumi

Today, you will wake up early and meet our driver at your hotel after breakfast. You will head to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro road. Have a stopover on the way for lunch and continue to drive to Mikumi. You will arrive at Mikumi village in the evening. Check in, take a shower and short rest, and then go to a Maasai village to experience the Maasai culture. Later, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Full-day game drive

Full-day game drive

You will wake up for an early breakfast at your accommodation. You will then drive to the entry gate with packed lunch boxes for a full-day game drive in the park. Later in the afternoon, you will have lunch at the picnic area and take a short rest. After lunch, you will continue with the game drive until late evening. You will then exit the park and drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
