3-Day Gorilla and Golden Monkey Trekking Tour in Rwanda

Arrival In Rwanda | City Tour | Genocide Memorial Visit | Visit The Dian Fossey Center

On your arrival in Rwanda in the morning hours, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Kigali International Airport and be taken for a city tour, visiting the Genocide Memorial Site, which gives a brief history of the country you are visiting.

Thereafter, you will be driven to Musanze, where you will visit the Dian Fossey Center.

Dinner and overnight at Classic Lodge.

Gorilla Trekking In Volcanoes National Park | Cultural Interaction

After an early breakfast, you will assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing together with your trekking gear, a packed lunch and drinking water and ascend in the forest to trek the gorillas. Volcanoes National Park is known for its ultimate primate safaris, where tourists will get to see several primate species.

Twelve gorilla families are living in Volcanoes National Park that are fully habituated, with a few others habituated solely for scientific research. The groups, or troops, consist of at least one silverback along with several females and youngsters.

You'll hike through the forest and then spend time in the presence of these remarkable and soulful family groups. The
walking can be strenuous, but you'll never forget your experience here.

In the evening, you will visit the Iby'lwacu Cultural Center to enjoy the Rwandan culture including the traditional dance.

The Last Day With Us | Golden Monkey Trekking | Transfer To Airport | Flight Back Home

After breakfast, you will assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing in the morning, together with your trekking gear and drinking water, and ascend into the forest to track the golden monkeys.

While participating in golden money trekking, you will get to find out interesting facts about golden monkeys that will make your Rwanda tour interesting.

After golden monkey trekking, you will be driven back to Kigali International Airport for your night-departure flight back home.
