Your safari begins with a morning flight from Nairobi to Kilaguni Airstrip, located within Tsavo West National Park. Upon arrival, you will be met by your professional safari guide and transferred to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge.
Check in and enjoy lunch while taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding wilderness. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in Tsavo West, exploring the park's diverse landscapes of volcanic hills, open plains and acacia woodland. Keep an eye out for Tsavo's famous red elephants, as well as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and numerous bird species. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Wake up early for an exciting morning game drive, when wildlife is most active. Explore the park in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, and other wildlife while enjoying the beautiful morning scenery. Return to the lodge for breakfast and some time to relax. After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive. Depending on your interests and time, you may visit Mzima Springs, one of Tsavo West's most famous attractions. The springs are known for their clear waters, hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. Return to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
