After a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, you will continue your journey with an evening drive to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park is a small but very scenic park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment in northern Tanzania. It is famous for its diverse ecosystems, including a shallow soda lake, dense groundwater forest, and open savannah. The park is well known for tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and abundant birdlife such as flamingos, pelicans, and storks.

After breakfast at Kiriche Luxury Camp in Central Serengeti, you will depart for the Northern part of Serengeti National Park, the best area to witness the spectacular Great Migration crossing during the migration season. Enjoy a scenic game drive through the endless plains while searching for wildebeests, zebras, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and other wildlife along the way.
Upon arrival in Northern Serengeti, continue with an afternoon game drive near the Mara River, where dramatic wildlife action and river crossings may be seen during migration time. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the Northern part of Serengeti National Park, especially around the Mara River area, where you may witness the Great Migration crossings (seasonal) along with abundant wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Later in the afternoon, you will depart the Serengeti and drive through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying beautiful crater views and landscapes along the way. Continue to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at Marera Valley Lodge, where you can relax in a peaceful environment after your memorable safari experience.

After breakfast at Marera Valley Lodge, you will descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. The crater is a natural wonder and UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and the rare black rhino.

Enjoy game viewing across the crater floor, with its lakes, forests, and open plains offering diverse habitats and excellent chances to see the Big Five in a single day. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic site inside the crater.

In the evening, after an unforgettable safari experience, you will ascend the crater rim and drive back to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight stay, relaxing and reflecting on your full-day adventure in the crater.
