1-Day Akagera National Park Safari and Boat Cruise

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Our Guide/Driver will pick you up from the airport or your hotel or residence in Kigali and embark on a 2-hour drive to the park. On arrival the guide will take you through the whole Registration process, After here you will go straight for the morning game drive in the company of a ranger Guide. The game drive takes about 2 hours, but The Akagera game drive can last about 6 hours depending on the animal sightings and interest. During this time expect to encounter Lions, Zebras, Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Leopards (if you are lucky) and Rhinos. You will then have a picnic lunch at the park and then head for the afternoon boat cruise at Lake Ihema. after the boat cruise, return to kigali arriving later in the evenning.
