Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Our guide will pick you up from your lodge early in the morning followed by a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park after the briefing. The park is famous for its majestic baobab trees, often known as "trees of life," which dot the landscape and add to the beauty of Tarangire's surroundings. The Tarangire River, the park's primary source of water, draws hundreds of species, especially during the dry season.

When you arrive in Tarangire, you will go on a game drive in search of the park's wildlife, which includes lesser kudus, buffalos, oryx, elands, giraffes, and zebras. You might encounter predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs if you're lucky. After a brief game drive, you will have lunch in one of the park's picnic spots. You will then go on an afternoon game drive to look for more wildlife and other park attractions. In the evening, you will drive to the lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Today will most likely be a good day because you will be visiting one of the World's Natural Wonders. The day begins with breakfast before departing for Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is a self-sustaining ecosystem, and it is one of the few places in Africa where you may see all the Big Five in a single day. When you reach the crater floor, you will see magnificent landscapes that Mother Nature has to offer.

While spotting the Big Five is a game of chance, if you are lucky, Ngorongoro Crater will reward you with the opportunity to see all five in one day, including African elephants, buffalos, black rhinos, hippos, cheetahs, and lions, as well as other bird species. After a picnic lunch in the crater, you will go on an afternoon game drive in search of additional wildlife and other sites. After a day filled with beautiful experiences, you will ascend back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
