Day 1

Tarangire Ntional Park

Tarangire Ntional Park

Upon arrival at Tarangire, begin your game drive through a vast stretch of golden savannah, centered around the life-giving Tarangire River. Flowing year-round, the river draws wildlife from across the region, especially during the dry season. Towering baobab trees and scattered acacias provide a striking backdrop as elephants, zebras, and antelopes gather to drink and graze.

As you explore the park, stay alert for predators like lions and leopards, as well as large herds of Cape buffalo. The park is also home to a variety of antelope species—and with a bit of luck, you might even spot rare and endangered animals such as the Fringe-Eared Oryx or the majestic Greater Kudu.

After a thrilling day of wildlife viewing, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
