5-Day Lake Naivasha, Nakuru & Masai Mara Midrange Safari

Nairobi to Lake Naivasha

Get picked up from your hotel or airport and have a final briefing about the safari. You will start the safari and stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a brief opportunity to take photos. Continue passing Mount Longonot, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, rest briefly and head for the afternoon game drives at Hells Gate National Park with a guided walk at the gorges. Later, head for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and return for dinner and your overnight stay at Leisure Apex Resort.

Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart from Leisure Apex Resort and head for Lake Nakuru, arriving for lunch at your hotel. Later, head for game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park in search of the Big Five and plenty of other wildlife and birdlife until evening. You return to Hotel Waterbuck for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, head to Masai Mara National Reserve with a stopover at Narok town for a toilet break. Continue the drive, arriving at Masai Mara National Reserve with a game drive en route and heading to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, have an afternoon game drive covering the best part of the park. Finally, return to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Full-Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, get your picnic lunch boxes and head out for a full-day game drive in the reserve, searching for the Big Five and plenty of other wildlife and birdlife. A picnic lunch will be taken at the Mara River, a spot famous for the annual wildebeest and zebra migration. Later, return to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
