Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

You'll be picked up at your hotel in Dar es Salaam at 6:00am and drive to Mikumi National Park (5-6hours drive). You'll have a hot lunch in Morogoro town then take 30 minutes to drive to the park. You'll arrive in time for the afternoon and evening game drive. You will be able to see herds of elephants, zebras, impala and giraffes. In the evening at 6:00pm you will return to your accommodation.

Mikumi National Park Full Guided Game Drive

In the morning after breakfast, enjoy full-day game viewing in the park with packed lunch and mineral water. The Mikumi flood plain is the main feature of the park along with the bordering mountain ranges. Animals commonly found here include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, hippo and elephant. The Mikumi elephants are mainly grazers and do not cause damage. In the evening you will return to your accommodation.

Maasai Tour - Drive to Dar Es Salaam
