"On the third day, our journey leads us to the Serengeti. Following a few hours of scenic driving, we'll reach the Serengeti gate. After a satisfying lunch, we embark on an afternoon game drive in this picturesque park, famous for its endless savannah plains and lush forest landscapes. The Serengeti is renowned for the awe-inspiring migration, featuring approximately 1.5 million herbivores and their dedicated followers. As the sun sets, we make our way to Tented Camps for overnight stay.

Today, our journey in Serengeti continues as we head north. During the migration season, we may have the incredible opportunity to witness the Mara River crossing, where thousands of animals make their daring journey - an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime spectacle! As the day draws to a close, we'll spend the night at the camp site. True to its name, this accommodation draws inspiration from a traditional Maasai boma, and when you look around, you'll feel immersed in their culture. The village, Ololosokwan, while not within an official game reserve or national park, still offers opportunities to spot wildlife in this remarkable setting.

Day 5

North - Lake Natron

North - Lake Natron

After breakfast, our journey leads us to Lake Natron. The drive from the northern Serengeti is a remote adventure, offering a desolate, otherworldly beauty and an overwhelming sense of vastness and ancient allure. Our route takes us through untouched Maasai territory, where we'll encounter small bomas and majestic mountains in this rugged, untamed landscape.

From June to November, Lake Natron becomes the gathering place for around two million flamingos, creating a breathtaking spectacle. En route to the lodge, we can pause to explore the rejuvenating hot springs. We'll spend the night at Africa Safari Lake Natron, where the lodge's swimming pool seamlessly blends into the natural surroundings, offering stunning views of the neighboring Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, an active volcano. Don't miss the chance to soak in the scenery!
