Day 1

Around 8:00am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha town and drive 2 hours to Tarangire National Park for all day game viewing. The park is very famous for its dense wildlife along the Tarangire River and has a large number of elephants in the northern circuit and is home to 550 species of birds. Other herds of animals you can see here are impala, hartebeest, wildebeest, kudu, oryx, gerenuk, zebra, buffalo, giraffe and zebra. Additionally, you will experience predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas…. and huge baobab trees in Africa. Dinner and overnight at Eileens Tree Inn lodge (B, L, D).

Wake up at 06:00, and after your breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for Sunrise game drives, in the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, surrounded by very steep walls rising 610 meters from the crater floor, this natural wonder measuring 19.2 km in diameter and 304 km2 of area. Here you will go on safaris and discover the rare black rhinos, wildebeests, giraffes, ostriches, bustards, lions, cheetahs and flamingos in a Soda Lake. In the afternoon you will return to Arusha town or dropped at Arusha airport.
