Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our guide will be waiting for you. After a brief introduction, you will be transferred to Arusha. If you have time and energy, our guide can give you a short town tour so as to enjoy the beauty of the city and its people.

Arusha is a gateway to safari destination found in the Northeast and is located in the northern highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. The city has approximately 400,000 people and is most dominated by two big communities Maasai and Meru.

Day 2

After breakfast, your safari guide will be there to pick you up. You will venture towards Tarangire National Park, engaging in an enthralling game drive. Subsequently, your guide will identify the ideal location within the park, where you will indulge in a delightful picnic lunch. Concluding the game drive, you will then make your way to Karatu for a delectable dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park gets its name from the Tarangire River, which is the sole source of water for wildlife during the dry season. The park is renowned for its abundant population of elephants, striking baobab trees, and African pythons that climb trees.

Day 3

Karatu - Southern Serengeti National Park(2-Hour Transfer)

You will wake up to the captivating sounds of Africa. An early departure awaits as you embark on an exhilarating afternoon game-viewing experience in Serengeti Ndutu which is located between Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will continue with the game drive looking for great wildebeest migration which is mostly concentrated in Ndutu during this period.

Ndutu provides the best wildlife viewing experience during the green season which is around December up to March. Ndutu is found on the southern part of Serengeti plains where around 8000 wildebeest babies are born every day. The area is mostly covered by a forest of acacia trees. Also, Ndutu is the best place to spot six species of cats – leopards, lions, cheetahs, caracals, African wildcats, and servals.

After breakfast, you will gather your lunch boxes and devote this day to observing and learning about the survival strategies of animals in the wilderness during the calving season. This time of year witnesses thousands of wildebeest giving birth to their young ones, making them vulnerable targets for deadly predators. We will have the opportunity to witness this natural phenomenon up close and gain valuable insights into the fascinating ways these animals adapt and thrive in such challenging conditions.

Ndutu Area offers unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities during the green season, typically spanning from December to March. Situated in the southern part of the Serengeti plains, Ndutu serves as a haven where approximately 8,000 wildebeest calves are born each day. The region is predominantly adorned with acacia tree forests, providing a picturesque backdrop. After a tasty breakfast, you will collect picnic lunches and visit one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. It was created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem. The crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and many more species. Nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhinos.

After a great day in Ngorongoro Crater, your driver guide will transfer you to Arusha for drop-off.
