Today you depart on your scheduled flight from Johannesburg's O.R. Tambo Airport to Maun International Airport. On arrival, you will be accompanied by a representative of Chobe Game Lodge who will escort you to your charter flight. Be sure to look out for wildlife on your way to the lodge. After checking into your room, you will have some time to relax before heading out on an exciting late-afternoon game drive.

The day starts at dawn with breakfast and fresh tea or coffee before you head out on a morning game drive. On your return to the lodge after an exciting morning exploring the bush, a breakfast brunch will be served. In the afternoon, you will set out on another game activity; either a sundowner cruise on the Chobe River or a game drive exploring the Chobe area. Sunset cruises allow you to view the wildlife that flocks together at the water’s edge and enjoy the beautiful African sunset.

Dinner ranges from a flavoursome stir-fry evening to a mouth-watering three-course a la carte menu.

Camp Okavango is a unique and exclusive African safari camp, surrounded by a maze of deep lagoons, large lakes and hidden, meandering channels.

Enjoy breakfast on the open-air patio. You then head out to roam the vast expanses of water from the comfort of a modern motorboat or explore the intricacies of the Okavango Delta the quiet old-fashioned way, in a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe). On your return, you can enjoy lunch and dinner on the expansive open-air deck. It is perfect for alfresco meals and a silver service dinner by candlelight to complete your African dining experience.
