Our driver guide will fetch you after breakfast. Today, you'll head to Tarangire National Park, a two-and-a-half-hour drive on well-maintained roads.

Named after the Tarangire River, the park relies on this 'river of warthogs' as the sole water source for wildlife in the dry season. Known for its elephant families gathering by the river, the park also hosts giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests, accompanied by predators like lions and leopards.

Tarangire boasts more bird species than anywhere else on Earth and showcases ancient baobab trees, some over a thousand years old. Enjoy lunch at a park picnic site, and after your game drive, head to your accommodation in Karatu.

The Serengeti is truly awe-inspiring, renowned for its vast open grasslands offering excellent wildlife sightings. While it teems with diverse wildlife, it's most famous for the annual Great Migration. Countless wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes follow a yearly pattern, constantly searching for fresh grazing. The migration can be spotted in any given month; you just need to know where to look!

Your accommodation for the next 3 nights is flexible, initially set for Central Serengeti. However, this may change based on the Migration's location.

Ngorongoro Crater, concealed by steep volcanic walls, unfolds as a pristine wilderness with expansive savannah, patches of acacia woodland, and shimmering lakes and swamps. The crater's origin dates back two to three million years when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed.

Descending into the crater is an adventure itself. Upon reaching the crater floor, you'll be surrounded by large herds of wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species. Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park

This morning, head to Lake Manyara National Park, your final destination on this extraordinary safari! Manyara, a small yet diverse park 120km west of Arusha, offers a unique experience. It's both compact (one of Africa's narrowest parks) and epic (the Great Rift Escarpment towers over Lake Manyara's western boundary).

The park's centerpiece is a shallow, salt lake covering a large area, fluctuating with the seasons and hosting thousands of wading birds, including flamingos and over 500 other bird species. Spot baboons and elephants in the park's dense evergreen forest, and be on the lookout for the famed tree-climbing lions.

Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park. After your game drive, choose your drop-off point, whether it's Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport, or Arusha Airport. We trust you've relished your adventure with Lion King!
