Day 1

After arrival and clearing at JKIA, our driver will pick you up and hit the road to Maji Moto Eco Camp. It's a 3-hour drive from Nairobi and on the way to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve (1- 1-hour drive to Sekenani gate).

After arriving around noon, you'll be greeted by friendly Masai people who warmly welcome you. You'll check in and enjoy your lunch prepared by the camp's Masai cook in a simple but delicious way, blending traditional Kenyan and international cuisine.

After lunch, you'll enjoy a nature walk with Masai groupsmen through the hills, observing plants and animals through Masai's eyes. Get knowledge of the Maasai culture, the natural world, its plants, animals, and their uses.

In the evening you'll get to enjoy hot-spring bath. 'Maji Moto" means "Hot Water," which refers to the natural hot spring near the village. Surrounded by trees, a dip in the spring is a refreshing way to soak away the day’s exertions.

Then dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Cultural experience

After breakfast, we have some activities lined up for you.

1. Village Visit: You will have the chance to visit a nearby Masai village and gain a deeper understanding of their way of life. You can converse with the villagers, visit traditional homes ("manyattas"), and learn about their rituals, customs, and traditions. This is an excellent opportunity to witness Maasai's deep respect for nature and their close-knit community.

2. Cultural Workshops: The camp offers various workshops where you can learn about critical aspects of Masai culture. You can participate in activities such as Warrior training spear throwing, beading and fire-making. These workshops provide hands-on learning experiences and allow you to interact directly with the Masai people

Optional activities;-Local School Visit

You will have lunch in the camp during lunch hour then dinner and overnight stay in the evening as you enjoy campfire stories.

Day 3

Game drive at Masai Mara Game Reserve

You can't leave Masai lands without enjoying a game drive at Masai Mara NR. So after an early morning breakfast, our driver will pick you up and drive you to Masai Mara through the Sekenani gate, 1 hour from Maji Moto Eco Camp.

During the game drive, look out for the big cats, huge elephant herds, the elusive leopard maybe lurking somewhere, or even a crash of black rhinos.

You'll enjoy a picnic lunch out in the wild, a thrill in its own right!

After a long, exciting day out among the Mara wildlife, return to Maji Moto Eco Camp, enjoy Hot-Spring Bath, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Optional activity- You can choose to sleep under the stars. The package includes a private setup for bush dinner, a bottle of wine, and a Maasai Shuka (blanket) at an extra fee.

Day 4

Returning to the City

Returning to the City

Wake up to a leisurely breakfast at the camp, after which you will check out and begin your journey back to the city.

You will be back in Nairobi at around noon, leaving ample time for the airport check-in procedures (if outbound) or just checking into your Nairobi stay (Not included but can be arranged on request)
