Pickup from Bukavu-Rusizi Border, Transfer to Kahuzi-Biega National Park & Lowland Gorilla Trekking

Your adventure begins early, as you need to arrive at the Rusizi-Bukavu border by 6:00 am for immigration clearance. This is where your tour begins and is where we shall pick you up from and drop you. After immigration clearance, you'll cross into Bukavu, DR Congo, and then make your way to Kahuzi-Biega National Park. This park, located in South Kivu, is renowned for its opportunity to track habituated eastern lowland gorillas, specifically the Grauer's gorillas.

Following the gorilla tracking experience, you'll have the remainder of the day to relax at your hotel in Bukavu. If you wish, optional activities can be arranged for an additional cost upon request.
