Arrive in Livingstone, Zambia’s primary tourism hub and gateway to the mighty Victoria Falls. Upon arrival at Livingstone International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our hospitality greeters and professional driver, then transferred to a quality tourism-standard lodge or hotel in Livingstone for check-in and relaxation (final accommodation details to be advised). Lunch is at your own expense. Time permitting after check-in, you will be collected from your lodge and transferred to the Zambezi River for an unforgettable sunset cruise above Victoria Falls aboard a comfortable medium-sized boat. This relaxing experience introduces you to Africa’s natural beauty, with opportunities to spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birdlife while enjoying refreshing drinks and spectacular sunset views. After the cruise, you will return to your lodge. Dinner is served at 19:30 hrs (self-pay), followed by a 20:00 hrs meet-and-greet session.

08:00 hrs – Depart for a guided excursion to the mighty Victoria Falls.
08:00–10:30 hrs – Tour the Mosi-oa-Tunya/Victoria Falls. After the visit, explore the local craft market outside the park.
10:30–11:00 hrs – Return to Livingstone city.
11:00–12:30 hrs – Visit the Livingstone Museum, Zambia’s oldest and largest museum, featuring archaeology, history, culture, natural heritage, and David Livingstone memorabilia, with complimentary local guides.
12:30–13:00 hrs – Walk through the city centre to see colonial buildings, shops, markets, banks, then return to the lodge.
13:00–14:30 hrs – Lunch at a restaurant or lodge (self-pay).
14:30 hrs – Afternoon rest.
16:00 hrs – Depart for a cultural tour of Mukuni Village, offering authentic interaction with local communities and traditional Zambian life.

05:30 hrs – Wake-up call and freshen up.
06:10 hrs – Pick-up from the lodge and transfer to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park (park entry fees payable).
06:45 hrs – Early morning game drive. Enjoy rich wildlife sightings with a short break by the Zambezi River.
Rhino Walking Safari – Guided walking safari to view Zambia’s only protected white rhinos, guarded by DNPW scouts.
09:30 hrs – Exit the park and return to the lodge.

10:30 hrs – Depart north on the Livingstone–Lusaka T1 road, passing Zimba, to Kalomo (128 km).

The day begins with a relaxed wake-up and breakfast before embarking on a cultural and educational tour of the Choma Museum and Art Gallery. Guests will explore the rich heritage of the Tonga people through historical artifacts, photographs, traditional crafts, and exhibits spanning pre-colonial, colonial, and modern Zambia. The tour includes a visit to the Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula statue, where his crucial role in Zambia’s independence and political legacy is highlighted. After a leisurely lunch in Choma, the journey continues to Chikuni Mission in Chisekesi to visit the Mukanzubo Cultural Research Institute, a center dedicated to preserving and promoting Tonga culture, traditions, music, dance, and community life. In the late afternoon, guests check in at Mukanzubo Lodge or Hostel, enjoy some rest, followed by dinner, evening relaxation, and an overnight stay, concluding a rewarding and immersive cultural heritage experience in Southern Zambia.

On the fifth day of your journey, you'll immerse yourself in a rich cultural experience at the Mukanzubo Kalinda Institute. Mornings will kick off with a hearty breakfast at the Chisekesi Guest House, followed by an exploration of Tonga culture. Activities will include music and dance classes, museum visits, and various handicraft workshops.
You'll have tasty meals at the Kalinda Choma Institute. You'll take advantage of the opportunity to interact with the locals, even getting to try on some of their traditional attire.

The day begins with a wake-up call, a warm shower, and breakfast before departing from the Mukanzubo Cultural Research Centre. The journey continues along the T-1 tourism route to Family Safari Lodge, a private forest reserve where a variety of wildlife can be seen. Thereafter, travel proceeds to Monze, an important agricultural town. At mid-morning, you will visit the Samu Lya Moomba National Heritage Site in Chief Choongo’s chiefdom, a culturally significant location where freedom fighters once gathered to plan Zambia’s independence. Lunch is enjoyed in Mazabuka, famously known as “The Sweetest Town” due to its large-scale sugarcane production. In the afternoon, the journey continues via the scenic Munali Hills Pass to Kafue. A brief roadside stop is made at the Turn Pike junction before proceeding on the T-2 road to Lusaka. Arrival and check-in at a comfortable lodge or hotel in Lusaka follows, with dinner served (self-pay) and an early overnight rest.

08:30 hrs – Set out on a guided Lusaka City walking tour, gaining insight into daily life, local culture, and the city’s historical development.
09:30 hrs – Visit the Lusaka National Museum, a cultural highlight featuring sculptures, paintings, archaeological displays, and exhibitions on ethnography, history, witchcraft, and contemporary art, offering a comprehensive story of Zambia’s past and present.
12:30 hrs – Return to the lodge for lunch, followed by rest time.
15:30 hrs – Afternoon transfer to Kabwata Cultural Village to explore traditional crafts and local artistry.
16:30 hrs – Return to your hotel.
18:30 hrs – Dinner at a selected Lusaka restaurant (self-pay).
