You start early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your game drive today in the caldera floor against a spectacular 600m (2000ft) crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater has a great density of wildlife and superb for game viewing almost all year around. Predators are usually easily spotted here in the morning, and you may encounter the elusive black Rhino as well as many of the big 5. Later continue to Karatu for an overnight stay.
