1-Day Adventurous Hike to Mt Kilimanjaro

• You'll be collected from the airport.

You will be picked up from Arusha early in the morning, after which you will be driven to the Kilimanjaro National Park. It will take about two hours to complete the drive. Hiking through the dense rainforest will be the first part of your adventure after completing the required gate registration.
You'll see striking flora, black colobus monkeys and a variety of bird species. Along with providing you with information on Kilimanjaro, our experienced guide will also describe the many plant and animal species that you will encounter.
After a 3–4 hours journey, you will arrive at Mandara Hut (2700m), where you can enjoy a well-earned lunch and relax before the short walk (15 minutes) to the Maundi Crater, here you can take in breathtaking views of Northern Tanzania, Kenya, and Mount Kilimanjaro. After a two to three hour, you will return to the Marangu Gate, where your car will be waiting to take you back to Arusha. You can take in the day's recollections and the sunset on the way back.
