Day 1

Dar es Salaam - Tarangire National Park

Depending on where you’ll be staying in Dar es Salaam, a driver will pick you up at 5:00 am and drive you to Mwalimu Julius Nyerere International Airport. You’ll arrive in Arusha at 9:20 am, where a professional guide will be waiting to greet you and brief you on the journey ahead.

After the briefing, you will drive for two hours to Tarangire National Park. Along the route, you will see breathtaking views of grassland plains dotted with ancient baobab trees, traditional Maasai huts, and livestock herded by nomadic people.

Tarangire National Park is notable for its old baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, and the largest concentrations of African elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Following a midday picnic lunch, you will resume your afternoon game drive before driving to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

You will depart for Serengeti National Park after breakfast. This route will take you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering a breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro Crater along the way.

You can also expect to encounter plenty of wildlife during this drive, as there is often a significant concentration of game on the southern plains. Along the journey, you will stop for a picnic lunch before continuing to camp, where you will arrive in the evening.

This will be your last day in the Serengeti, and we’ll say goodbye to the park in style!

After breakfast, you will pick up a packed lunch and go on an early morning game drive lasting six hours. You’ll experience what the Serengeti is famous for—its stunning beauty, diverse landscapes, and amazing wildlife—one last time.

You will then return to your campsite for lunch, collect your belongings, and drive to a lodge near Karatu for your overnight stay.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar

Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar

Following an early breakfast, you will drive from Kankari and descend 600 meters into the crater for your final wildlife viewing. This stunning location offers almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino, which you may be lucky enough to spot.

Lunch will be served at the crater’s base near a hippo lake. Afterward, you will take your final photos in the park before being transferred back to Arusha and then onward to Zanzibar.
