Day 1

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

You will leave Arusha early in the morning and travel to Serengeti National Park. You will travel to Serengeti on a road across the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, allowing for animal sightings along the way. The golden savannah and endless plains teeming with zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.

On this day, you will enjoy a picnic lunch on Naabai Kopje (a small, rocky hill in a generally flat area), where you will have the opportunity to view the Serengeti’s famous pink-headed lizards. After lunch, you will proceed further into the plains for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the Serengeti and fall asleep to the playful calls of the zebras and hyenas.

Your dinner and overnight stay will be in your accommodation.

Northern Serengeti national park

Northern Serengeti national park

On this day, you will have an early breakfast at the camp and then drive to enjoy fully guided game drives following the wildebeests' migrations in the northern part of the Serengeti.

Following your picnic lunch, you will proceed with an evening transfer game drive from Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, witnessing the diverse wildlife of this iconic park. Later, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a picnic lunch along the way. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest collapsed volcanic crater, spans 14 kilometers of breathtaking natural beauty. Surrounded by extinct volcanoes, its floor hosts over 30,000 animals, including lions, elephants, and rhinos, with watering holes scattered across. End the day with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Day 4

Ngorongoro crater

Ngorongoro crater

After an early breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a 5-hour game drive. You can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and many birds. The birds seen here include eagles, vultures, and flamingos in the crater lake, as well as storks, bats, giant vultures, sacred ibis, kori bustards, blacksmith plovers, long-necked herons, and cattle eagles. After the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo Pool, you will begin a steep ascent to the top exit of the crater.

The day will end with a 2-hour drive to Arusha, where your trip with us will end, and then we will drop you off at the airport or the same distance as that of the airport.
